Custom product policy
Custom designs are built from customer details, uploaded references, and approved previews.
Approval matters
Names, numbers, colors, logos, placements, sizes, and quantities should be checked before approval or checkout. Errors visible in an approved preview may not be refundable once production starts.
Changes before production
Customers should request changes before approving or ordering. PureSteez can review reasonable correction requests before final files or print production.
Refunds
Digital design work and custom printed products may be limited or non-refundable after approval, file preparation, or production. If something is wrong, contact hello@ridepuresteez.com with the order details.
Logo and sponsor use
Customers must have the right to use supplied club, sponsor, and team assets. PureSteez may refuse or simplify unclear marks rather than inventing sponsor details.
