WHERE WE SHIP
Puresteez currently offers checkout delivery to all 27 European Union countries, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Switzerland and Norway. We do not currently offer worldwide checkout. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the services available for that destination.

SHIPPING SERVICES AND PRICES
Economy delivery is available below €74 after applicable product and order discounts. It costs €4.90 in most enabled countries, €4.16 to Austria and €4.87 to Poland. Economy delivery is free from €74. Paid Economy and Free Economy do not appear together.

Priority delivery remains chargeable at every basket value. It costs €7.13 to Germany, €7.43 to the Netherlands, €9.83 to Italy and €9.90 to the other enabled countries. Express delivery is offered only where a separate verified express service is available and remains chargeable at the destination-specific price shown at checkout. The exact available services, final price and checkout currency are displayed before payment. These are fixed checkout rates, not live carrier quotes.

PREPARATION AND DELIVERY
Frame Designs are made to order and normally dispatched within 5–10 business days. Delivery time begins after dispatch. This is a normal preparation window, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier transit time varies by destination and service. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay. Your statutory rights if goods are not delivered are unaffected.

IMPORT CHARGES OUTSIDE THE EU
For destinations outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any import duties, local taxes and customs-handling charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not collected by Puresteez at checkout and may be requested before or upon delivery. They are separate from the shipping amount shown at checkout.

ADDRESS OR DELIVERY PROBLEM
Check your delivery details before ordering. If you spot an error, contact support@ridepuresteez.com promptly and we will check whether the address can still be changed. If an order is missing, damaged or incorrect, send your order number and details to that address. Photos can help us investigate damage but do not replace your statutory rights. Puresteez remains your point of contact for delivery problems.
