PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
The product description, selected options and checkout summary describe the goods you order. Check your design, colour, personalisation and delivery details before paying. After you order, we send an acknowledgement to the email address you provided. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled goods as required by law. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

PRICES, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
The total price and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Shipping charges and available delivery methods are shown separately at checkout. Available payment methods depend on the order and destination. A discount applies only when its eligibility, dates and combination conditions are met. Our Shipping Policy explains destinations, charges, import duties and the normal dispatch window. The delivery information shown at checkout forms part of your order.

FRAME DESIGN APPLICATION
Frame Designs use modular graphics positioned and trimmed around an individual bicycle frame. Placement and usable areas vary with frame shape, fittings and cable routing. Follow the product description and application guide. Do not cover moving parts, fittings or safety information. Contact us before applying the product if you are unsure. This advice does not limit your statutory product rights.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND PRODUCT PROBLEMS
Our Returns and Refund Policy explains the 14-day withdrawal right for eligible standard goods, the exception for clearly personalised or individually specified goods, return costs and remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. A standard catalogue design does not become exempt from withdrawal solely because it is printed after your order. Personalisation does not remove statutory conformity rights.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Contact support@ridepuresteez.com with your order number, a description of the problem and the outcome you seek. We will handle complaints in accordance with applicable law. Consumers may seek assistance from the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or the European Consumer Centre in their country where applicable.

APPLICABLE LAW
Estonian law governs these terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the law of their country of habitual residence. Nothing in these terms restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or requires a consumer to use an exclusive court contrary to mandatory law.
